What is there more valuable in life than spending time with our loved ones?! This is exactly the purpose of this practice. Either your child, children get to embark on this wonderful, enriching journey of their Yoga practice. Or you as a parent, guardian, aunt, uncle, godfather or godmother, get to venture into this sacred, joyful practice with them. It is all about the basics and having a blissful, enriching time while doing something good for your body, mind and souls.
