Service Description
All our Vinyasa Flows will be outdoors.
We start by connecting to our Mother Earth, thanking her for holding us and assisting us through our Vinyasa.
And we will end every practice with a meditation sequence for gratitude and balance.
[Note: Participants will be informed 12 hours prior to course start if the weather does not permit us to practice outside.]
